Hi guys, we're back to the Makassar tourism polytechnic kitchen. Today is Thursday, January 30, 2020. The last day we practiced with friends. This morning at 6.30 I arrived at campus, this morning a sunny morning me and a friend friends are on the back porch of the kitchen, we sit and talk. 7.30 hours we are online then we are apsen by pak alkis, after the apsen we immediately entered the kitchen precisely in cool kichen.
In cool kichen we are online with friends and in charge by kak wahyu and kak iyan. Because our material is open restaurant ka wahyu guides us to make Indonesian breakfast, me and my lanjud group friends working on Taliwang fried chicken, grilled sausage, tomato sauce, sunny side up and beef bacon
The menu such as grilled sausage is one of the processed foods made from meat, including beef, chicken, fish.
and tomato sauce is a product produced from a seasoning mixture, without the addition of other ingredients and permitted food.
suny side up is a dish of eggs fried hot without stirring first.
beef bacon adalhbeef bacon is one type of processed beef. because it is taken from the beef which is coated in layers of meat and fat then it looks similar to bacon
Taliwang chicken that we have cooked, we fry again using hot oil, then let it stand until the oil is reduced. We also prepare sausages and slice into three slices and then we fry using a pan with a little oil, then we go back and forth until the iris blooms, then let it sit on paper barbecue so that the oil is reduced. We also heat our tomato sauce, then keep it in a bowl.
After that, ofen resto started pak ical immediately told us we made an order of 40 portions of each menu there were 10 servings. Then kak wahyu told us that the menu in use was the A'la carte menu, we were rushed to make the menu we wanted to show at restauran.I immediately prepare bowls and spoons, I immediately form 10 servings of fried rice with a unique and neat shape then the other friends immediately decorate the fried rice that I have formed. After that the guest guests are already in the restaurant and the order is ready to be shown at the restaurant.
After opening the restaurant we immediately cleaned the area and voiced the food we had made, after that we also ate together with friends. After that we rested and told stories while waiting for the arrival of the midday prayer, after finishing our prayer we immediately General Cilining with my friends immediately take water and immediately clean the working table and immediately brush the floor clean. then continue by cleaning the grainase until the dirt disappears, after that we rest.
