Hay friends back to our routine as a Makassar Poltekpar student, as a kitchen child our daily practice is to practice with friends. Today is the second day we carry out practice, at 7.30 I arrived at campus, I headed to the back of the kitchen, and I met some friends who came earlier than me. I immediately sat down and talked with them while waiting for other friends.
At 8.00 Pak Alkis immediately came after that we were online with friends. First we read prayers with friends, after that we were apsen by Mr. Alkis and then our equipment was checked one by one and we took out all the tools we used like aprons , hat, nafkin, small book, pen, spoon, and small knife. After all, we went straight into the kitchen and headed to the locker to store the toolbag, and after that we went straight to cool kichen.
At cool kichen we immediately went on line, after a few minutes Mr. Jayadi went straight in and provided material about today's menu which is hawaian Chicken Salad, Shrimp Bisque, Beef Stew, Baked Potato, Zucchini Saute Provancale, Yellow Butter Cake, and French brad. Material about the menu Pak Jaya explained and asked again about the 1.1 menu. After that Mr. Jaya returned and we immediately took all the bahab we had prepared yesterday and immediately made the menu menu.
1 Chicken air salad

After everything is finished, we immediately prepare the ingredients that we will use tomorrow, I immediately prepare 3pac fish, 600g sweet potatoes, radish1kg and carrots1.4kg.
